Cancellation Policy

At HUN & PO, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel your order.


⏱️ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

🚚 If Order is Already Shipped

  • If your order has already been shipped, you may choose to reject the parcel at delivery.
  • Once the product is returned to us, the refund process will be initiated (if applicable).

🔄 Cancellation Request Process

To cancel your order:

  1. Contact our support team as soon as possible.
  2. Share your Order ID and registered email or phone number.
  3. Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible.

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Orders already out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable once shipping begins.
